An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Estate Planning team in our Sydney office.

Role and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing of files;
  • General file maintenance of Estate Planning files;
  • Dealing with clients;
  • Preparation of forms i.e. probate forms;
  • Drafting correspondence;
  • Legal research, fact gathering and information retrieval;
  • Analysing and summarising documents; and
  • General administration tasks.

Skills / Knowledge

To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Paralegal role. You will have excellent client management skills and have worked in a legal office with high net worth clients. Experience in Estate Planning or Probate would be advantageous.
